Autumntide 2012

I imagine that many of us are still in the throes of uncomfortable summer heat, but this year August 1st marks the first harvest festival of Lughnasadh. At this time, there begins a slow shift from summer growing time to harvest time which, in modern day, is often represented by introspection and reflection on the year's accomplishments.

In mere weeks, the mood and sensation of the year will decidedly shift as the changes in the light from the waning sun become evident. Those of us who love autumn are waiting impatiently for that first cool breeze and rustle of leaves!

This year I chose to include a sub-series on Dream Masters with spirits and deities from various pantheons who act as guides and messengers in our dreams. It seemed fitting to pair it with autumn, a time for introspection.

And, of course, there is gorgeous autumn, full of leaves and vines, twigs and ombre faded gems. I hope you enjoy this year's offerings!

Stay tuned for details on the coming Elements & Artifacts anniversary! It's going to be a fun one!
