Adults who wish to be admitted as a resident to Our House of Portland must meet the following criteria: Have advanced AIDS, as determined by the attending physician; and Need skilled nursing care; or Have complex needs related to activities of daily living; or Have severe dementia or behavioral issues. Have a survivability score of 11 or under. This is determined by the medical provider or case manager.
