Our House is a community of passionate and compassionate people.
Our staff is composed of devoted, expert and talented people.
In addition to our administrative and program staff, we have a team
of medical professionals who deliver high quality medical care to
people coping with AIDS. This team consists of Registered Nurses,
Certified Nurse Assistants and Certified Medication Aides.
Our medical team must assist residents, their families, partners
and friends face daily challenges. We work within a client-centered
framework that incorporates interdisciplinary care. (e.g.nursing,
social work and occupational therapy).
Medical staff requirements include:
· • A willingness
(and/or experience) to work with and demonstrated sensitivity toward
people coping with AIDS
· • Excellent
people skills to work with emotionally and psychologically fragile
adults
· • Ability
to work in a collaborative environment.
· • A strong
med-surg/skilled care background is preferred for RNs.
